Light ships are classified as medium-sized warships, great at raiding as well as protecting. They are classifed as fast, lightly armed ships which are good for scouting and intercepting enemy transports. Light ships can be upgraded to a stronger version with multiple cannons, augmenting their accuracy and firepower.
